The Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar demanded emergencyOIC Meeting for Muslim Rohingyas of Burma

The  Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar said in a statement Tuesday, and call upon the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to hold an emergency summit of foreign ministers of Islamic countries; to discuss the implications of what is happening to Muslims in (Myanmar), and make critical decisions, to put pressure on the government of Burma to save its Muslims solving this crisis, and to  call  the Security Council to convene an urgent meeting, to issue a binding decision of the Government of Myanmar to stop the violence.
 
The suffering of the Muslims in Burma, is one of the most types of brutal attacks and trrorist acts that conflict with international laws and ethical principles and humanity; requiring immediately stopped, stressing  the Government of Myanmar has claimed responsibility political and legal towards the cessation of violence and murder.
 
He denounced  this behavior, which he described  anti- religions and civilizations , appealing to the international community to immediately intervene and act; to maintain the security of citizens Muslims and safety in Burma; maintenance of human dignity, and show respect to human rights, calling the Myanmar government to the need to begin the process of rehabilitation and reconciliation in the region, and seek to reintegrat separated people  , and the resettlement of displaced persons in the new homes, and to take measures in order to achieve economic development in the long run in that region.
